1. Services: I provide freelance web development services as described on the Site and in individual client agreements. This includes front-end development, back-end development (primarily with Firebase), full-stack solutions, and design-to-code implementation.

2. User Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate information when using the contact form or invoice portal. You agree not to use the Site or services for any unlawful purpose.

3. Payments: Payments for services are due as specified on invoices. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all payments.

4. Intellectual Property: The content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is my property and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for services rendered on a specific project, the intellectual property rights for the custom-developed project deliverables (e.g., code, designs specifically created for the client) will transfer to the client as per the individual project agreement. I reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.

6. Termination: I may terminate or suspend access to my services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms: I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. I will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
